We start with a bed of red leaf lettuce, then add red onions, walnuts, raisins, fresh Michigan apple slices and top it with white cheddar crumbles and dried apricots. Served with our amazing mustard viniagrette and a slice of French bread with our homemade cheeseball. It's sooo delicious!
