Barbara Jean Hanson created, and gave us, this lovely piece of art entitled "Cherry Pie Slice". It is made with tempera, pastels, and markers. We thoroughly enjoy having it hanging in the shop. Thanks so much Barbara!!

Our newest summer pie is filled with our homemade vanilla bean cream filling and topped with fresh Grand Haven blueberries in a glaze that has been infused with basil fresh from our own gardens. It's the ultimate treat for both cream pie and blueberry lovers! YUM!!  Please call the shop (517-669-9300) if you want one... they sell as fast as we can make them!!

Our brand new early-summer sandwich (which will be available every day) is chock full of maple bacon, red leaf lettuce, pink heirloom tomatoes (from Giving Tree Farms) and mayo on grilled white Great Harvest bread… but that's not all... it also contains fresh avocado chunks, carmelized onions, and our special cream cheese spread. Our yummy Sweetie-licious variation on this classic summer sandwich will be sure to make you smile!

Vera Fox is our "Sandwich Queen" She runs the show when it comes to the lunch menu. We rely on "V" for much of the day-to-day functioning of the shop.
