This easy-to-make alternative to traditional pasta makes a great side dish.
Cook couscous according to directions on box. Set aside in a mixing bowl. Heat oven to 400 degrees. Coat vegetables in oil, season with sea salt and fresh ground pepper. Roast veggies for 10-15 minutes. Add to couscous. Pour dressing over all and mix. May serve warm or room temperature… and it’s great to prepare earlier in the day.
Pour all ingredients in a jar and shake until emulsified.
This tasty main dish is almost too easy to taste this wonderful!
One skinless, boneless chicken breast per person. Coat chicken in extra virgin olive oil and season with your choice of grill seasoning -I like McCormick’s Montreal Steak Grill Seasoning (yes on Chicken too!) and fresh lime zest. Grill chicken and squeeze fresh lime juice over before serving
Not your ordinary fruit crisp. Super delicious!
Combine in an oven-proof baking dish.
In separate bowl combine using a pastry blender. Sprinkle on top fruit mixture. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Bake 30 minutes or until bubbly and golden brown. Serve with vanilla ice cream for extra sweetness.
