We now have two baking class dates scheduled on Wednesday evenings in March. The classes are from 5:30pm - 8:00 pm. The first is on March 19th, the second on March 26th. There are only 6 spots available in each class and spots fill up very quickly! We are thrilled to have a four-page feature in the shabby chic magazine, "Flea Market Decor"! I have always loved this magazine, and am tickled pink that they featured our "Sweetie-licious Pies" cookbook, the cute shop, my farmette, and Sharie's Pink Lemonade Pie in their Spring issue! We just added another baking class. It  is scheduled for Wednesday evening, February 26th from 5:30 - 8:00 pm.  Right now there are six seats available in that class.  UPDATE- The class is filled.  

This coming Thursday there will be a big celebration at Sweetie-licious! Thursday is National Pie Day and and we'll be giving out free samples of pie to everyone who comes into our shops. We hope you'll celebrate with us by stopping in for lunch and a piece of pie, and also consider buying your friends, co-workers, or family members pie to celebrate the day with them.  

Because of the snow and extreme cold, we've rescheduled the Wednesday, January 8th. baking class to Wednesday, January 29th. There are only three seats left in that class. "Sweetie-licious Pies" was just awarded the 2014 Michigan Notable Book Award!  Annually, the Library of Michigan selects 20 books that best celebrate the good things about Michigan and the Great Lakes region. The program puts out a press release promoting the titles, holds the Night for Notables event to formally recognize the authors and publishers and coordinates 50 library visits by authors across the state.
